Minimal Cash Outlay:

$500 deposit and signed Winter Storage Contract are required to reserve your space. The deposit covers the cost of hauling, power washing, blocking and, if sold, launching the boat prior to November 1. Normal South Wharf Yacht Yard winterization charges apply and are charged 50% upfront and the balance upon hauling.

Winter Storage Rebates: (Winter Storage Season runs November 1st - April 30th)

Gross Commission Over $20,000:	100%
Gross Commission $16,000 - $20,000:	80%
Gross Commission $ 8,000 - $11,999:	40%
Gross Commission $ 4,000 - $ 7,999:	20%

Winter storage is due at the closing of the sale of your yacht, upon requested re-launch or on May 1, whichever comes first. All other invoices are due per SWYY normal policy. Summer storage starts May 1 and is FREE for customers who have paid winter storage and have no unpaid bills on account. Cape Yacht reserves the right to reject any boat for listing or this program at their sole discretion that we feel is not fit for sale or does not meet our listing standards.
